5 FUN Places to eat in Metro-Detroit

We’ve put together a fool proof list of venues in Metro-Detroit for those nights you need a night out more interesting than just dinner and a movie. These restaurants and bars are the perfect combination of great food and good times.

El Club

Amazing pizza and drinks + a great show. El Club in Mexican Town combines the best of music and pizza. We love that they have vegan and vegetarian pizza options. Our absolute fave is the Rosemary’s Kid: Goat Cheese, fresh rosemary, caramelized onion, minced garlic, mozzarella, and Michigan honey! YUM! You can find a list of upcoming shows on their website.

The Corner

We love this Ferndale gem! Besides an amazing food and drink menu The Corner in Ferndale also has nearly 500 board games available to play. If Scrabble isn’t getting you hype enough head upstair to Detroit Axe and compete with friends to see who has the best Axe throwing skills!

Cadieux Cafe

The Cadieux Cafe has been around since 1962. You’ll find an amazing beer menu and an extensive menu that pays homage to it’s Belgian roots. Belgian specialties include Belgian Beer Stew, Belgian Sausage, and Blackened Chicken with Belgian Beer Cheese Sauce. Come for the food but stay for the Feather Bowling! The Cadieux Cafe is proud to be the only home of Feather Bowling in the United States! This game is perfect for groups and so fun to play.  Call (313)882-8560 for lane rentals and times!
