I love many things about Royal Oak, but one thing I don’t look forward to is the parking. So my excitement over this new bakery with a large parking lot and NO parking meters was very high. Bread by Crispelli’s is located just a few blocks north of the movie theater and stands out with its large glass windows and modern signage. Everything is baked in house and you can find an assortment of breads, pastries, croissants and scones. They offer coffee and bottled water and juices so you can take your treats to go or sit at the ample seating inside. The croissant I tried was so buttery, delicious and HUGE. Definitely a great spot to stop on your way into work or to grab a loaf of bread on your way home. If you already loved Crispelli’s on Woodward this place is a no brainier! The interior was so cozy and inviting and the staff was extremely helpful! 5 stars for sure!
