Looking for an extra special dining experience? Fleming’s Steakhouse also offers their own Chef’s Table dining experience. The current Chef’s Table menu is available until the end of August and shouldn’t be missed! Each location offers it’s own spin and I was able to sample Livonia’s Chef Erik Andresen’s menu.
Your meal starts with an Antipasto salad loaded with romaine lettuce, roasted red peppers, red onion, Campari tomatoes, Kalamata olives, Parmesan cheese, and Italian vinaigrette.
Next came Zucchini Fritte with lemon aioli. I am a SUCKER for anything zucchini and this dish is delicious.
For your entree choose a Chili Marinated Hanger Steak with Chilaquiles and Sour Cream OR Halibut with Lemon Butter Sauce and Summer Vegetable Medley. Both of these dishes offer bright, fresh flavors perfect for late summer. It’s hard for me to pick a favorite BUT if steak is ever an option I always choose it, and this hanger steak does NOT disappoint.
The finishing touch for this out of this world meal is a slice of layered peach cake with mango ginger sorbet. This cake is next level summer perfection!
