Girls Gone Hungry

Craft Work Detroit <3

I’m not sure what took me so long to try Craft Work in Detroit for dinner, but my experience last week was fabulous. I met up with my cousin and we made it just before the 4-6 happy hour ended, that meant we could start dinner with a cheap glass of wine and get ready to eat! We debated what to order for a few minutes but luckily our waiter Ryan had awesome suggestions. He recommended the fried chicken dinner and it was 5/5 perfection.

Hello Deliciousness

The chicken was juicy and paired wonderfully with warm honey. It came with greens and mashed potatoes, both were fantastic. The greens were so creamy and garlicky tasting, I adored them. My cousin ordered the fish and chips and convinced me to try a bite. I have always had it in my mind that I hate fish, but I actually really enjoyed the bite I had.

Believe it or not this was my first time trying fish and chips! But I really liked it
Awesome starter dish. Chickpeas with crispy shallot, lemon oil and sea salt

This is a must try place for dinner and the happy hour menu looked great. I’m hoping next time I can get there earlier so I have more time to order off that menu.
