Girls Gone Hungry

Galentine’s Brunch with The Honey Baked Ham Company

We love any excuse for brunch with the girls and with Valentine’s Day coming up we decided to get all our favorite ladies together for a HoneyBaked Galentine’s Brunch! Here are our tips for the EASIEST and SWEETEST brunch!

First, pre-order everything you need with easy online shopping at www.honeybaked.com

The website makes choosing your ham easy! Select your serving size and whether you’d like a Bone-In or Boneless ham. The site’s shopping filter will narrow down the perfect size for you! Since we’re hosting a casual brunch we chose the boneless ham. It’s easy to serve and still has the sweet, crunchy glaze we adore! For extra convenience you can have everything shipped straight to your door!

Normally I would have to call my mom and ask “MOM! What size ham do I get? Shopping online with HoneyBaked eliminated the need for that frantic phone call.

Your ham comes ready to serve and is a showstopper for your table. Just add garnish and enjoy.

We also ordered some of their Heat-and-serve side dishes because who wants to cook when you can be chatting with your gals! Simply heat, serve, and dig in! Plate the sides in your prettiest serving dishes for the most Oohh’s & Aahh’s.

Since our party was brunch themed I served the Loaded Smashed Potatoes, Cheesy Potatoes Au Gratin, Cinnamon Apples, Blueberry Coffee Cake, and Orange Rolls. The Loaded Smashed Potatoes are perfect for brunch since they are topped with Bacon and Cheese. The coffee cake and breakfast rolls were also a huge hit!

The Potatoes Au Gratin are so cheesy and good!

For a gorgeous table with easy cleanup and set up, choose colorful paper plates that match your theme. I picked pastel pink and rose gold paper plates to go with my Valentine’s Day vibe and they look amazing against a white tablecloth. Pink paper napkins and some fresh flowers made this table setting pop.

Flowers always add a beautiful touch

Another way to easily elevate your party is with a signature cocktail. This Galentine’s Spritz was perfect. Mix 1 bottle Pink Lemonade with 1 bottle Lemon-Lime soda and garnish with blackberries! Voila!

Galentine’s Spritz!

Our party was a hit, and my favorite part of a HoneyBaked Ham is the leftovers! I’ve shared this recipe before but if you have leftover slices you have to try these amazing Sweet & Spicy Ham Sliders. Warning – these little sandwiches are highly addictive! The secret ingredient is the HoneyBaked Ham Hatch Chile Jalapeño Jam. This adds an amazing zip to the sandwich. Check out the easy recipe below!

We hope you enjoyed these fun Galentine’s Brunch tips and that you try a HoneyBaked Ham for your next get together with friends!
