The cold weather hit Michigan early this year, but luckily it brought igloo dining along with it!  We’re guessing you’ve heard about this phenomenon already, but if not, here’s a quick refresher.

Igloo dining is a trend popping up within the food industry where plastic bubbles are installed outside on patios of restaurants. They look a lot like igloos, especially when they are decked out with fake furs, blankets, and electric heaters! Restaurants are opting to use these spaces as a unique and fun dining space during the winter months, and you can often have drinks and apps in them, or in some restaurants a full dinner.
