The weather is finally getting cooler and Fall flavors are here! Fleming’s Livonia has a new Chef’s Table for the season and it gave me all the best comfort food vibes.

This menu features:

BUTTERNUT SQUASH SOUP
ROASTED PEAR SALAD: arugula, creamy goat cheese, sweet & spicy walnuts, apple cider vinaigrette
PEPPERCORN PORK TENDERLOIN: served with roasted broccolini, Fleming’s potato tots
RIBEYE CAP STEAK: served with Coleman’s mustard butter, cippolini onion jam
MEDITERRANEAN BROCCOLI

and an amazing pumpkin pie dessert!

ROASTED PEAR SALAD – I’m obsessed with goat cheese so this salad was a dream! 
The Red Pepper Hummus makes this MEDITERRANEAN BROCCOLI to a whole new level!
This PEPPERCORN PORK TENDERLOIN was cooked to perfection and served with the AMAZING Fleming’s potato tots!
This RIBEYE CAP STEAK was elevated to the next level with its cippolini onion jam
