Yesterday was a welcome relief from the heat and I had a FABULOUS dinner on the patio trying all of Fleming’s Steakhouse’s amazing Steaks of Summer.
This Three Course Fixed Price Menu is the perfect way to enjoy a summer twist on your favorite steak dishes. Each meal starts with the Fleming’s Salad. It’s dressed with walnuts, tomatoes, dried cranberries, red onion, and a lemon balsamic vinaigrette. It’s light and refreshing and a great palate cleanser.
Next choose from the three steak options. Trust me it will be hard to choose!
PETITE FILET MIGNON & DECONSTRUCTED WELLINGTON
8oz filet mignon over sautéed spinach, mushroom duxelle filled puff pastry, topped with a cabernet demi-glace
This steak was delicious paired with the mushroom filled puff pastry. Everyone on staff told me this is the most popular option and I can understand why. It’s a fun take on a classic and makes a normally heavy dish feel light. Perfect for summer!
PETITE FILET MIGNON & SEARED PORK BELLY
8oz filet mignon over grilled asparagus, topped with seared pork belly and a fig demi-glace
This was my favorite option. The seared Pork Belly WAS SO FREAKING GOOD. It’s rich and salty and a perfect match with the steak.
PETITE FILET MIGNON & COLOSSAL KING CRAB SCAMPI
8oz filet mignon topped with a colossal king crab leg, sautéed roasted campari tomatoes, white wine herb butter
If you are a surf and turf lover this is a MUST TRY. The white wine herb butter drenches the dish and adds so much flavor.
Don’t forget dessert! Choose from CAMPFIRE POT DE CRÈME/graham cracker crust, brûléed marshmallow topping or CHOCOLATE BERRY TRIFLE/fresh berries, strawberry champagne sauce
My new FAVORITE promotion for the summer is Fleming’s Uncorked Wine Experience. I highly recommend adding this to your dinner! This special allows you to sip through 6 different Duckhorn wines. We’ve been so into wine tasting since our Ohio Wine tour and this was another fun way to try some VINO. It only costs $28 dollars to add this to your dining experience so it’s a great deal!
Because I’m obsessed with wine descriptions I’m literally going to add them all below. I find reading about wine almost relaxing as drinking it. LOL
