A new taco joint is in town and it is GOOD! Condado Tacos opened in Royal Oak this week offering build your own tacos, amazing queso, and margarita pitchers.
Building your Condado taco is easy. Fill out a sheet choosing your shell, protein, salsa, sauces and more. They also offer a Taco Suggestion sheet which I used to order my tacos. The tacos range in price from $4 -$5 and they are AWESOME!
Tacos I tried:
OOEEY – GOOEY | $4 EA Corn hard shell, queso blanco, roasted chicken, black beans, cilantro-onions, and dirty sauce
LUCY’S FIRE Sweet Lucy w/ Firecracker shell, roasted chicken, lettuce, cilantro + onion, smoked cheddar, corn salsa, cilantro-lime aioli
THE MANTIS | $4 EA Sweet Lucy shell, jackfruit, onions, tomato, Chihuahua cheese, and mango habañero sauce
Vegans and vegetarians will LOVE the options for them. Choose from jackfruit, beans, tofu and more as your taco protein.
Make sure you try the Chips and Dips as well. The Tortilla chips are perfectly crunch and the quesos are flavorful. I tried the Elote Queso loaded with corn and extra spices. So good!
If you have been reading our blog at all over the years you know we are big Margarita Fans. Condado does not disappoint with 8 different flavors available by the glass or pitcher. I tried the Prickly Pear and the Blood Orange. They were both fantastic and I can’t wait to try the other 6!
After my visit I am 100% confident I’ll be posting up at Condado Tacos OFTEN. Those margarita pitchers are calling my name!
